There is no indication who has composed the letter below but I agree with its contents. I suspect the theatre’s board will come to regret their decision to get rid of Artistic Director Emma Rice. Having said that, I can make no judgement on her work as I haven’t seen any of her productions at Shakespeare’s Globe and I can’t pretend to like the sound of how she has played around with the originals.
